Harmony of the Alazani Valley: Tradition and Modernity in One Space

At Vine Era, our estate sits in the Alazani Valley, a region that has shaped Georgian winemaking for centuries, all framed by the towering Caucasus Mountains. In Georgia, wine is deeply linked to ritual, memory, and cultural identity, and we believe that the building surrounding it should be equally meaningful. From the beginning, our intention was to create a space where classical values and modern ideas blend effortlessly in a way that is rooted in history yet distinctly nowadays.

A Space Where Wine Lives

Our building is not just a packaging for our product but a house where our wine lives. It reimagines aspects of mediaeval Georgian architecture with a contemporary and understated design approach. By partially integrating the production facilities into the natural slope, we intentionally steered clear of an industrial appearance, enabling the structure to be perceived as a harmonious estate within the landscape.

Bold, unified structures are defined by graceful curves and vibrant contrasts, creating a harmony between strength and delicacy, stability and accessibility. The thoughtful selection of materials, ranging from textured, artisanal surfaces to elegant, polished finishes, enhances the conversation and interacts harmoniously with the landscape and illumination.
